30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the performance, weatherproofing, stitching durability, and comfort of our outdoor apparel and athletic gear. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Unworn Condition Standards
To qualify for a return and full refund:
• Apparel and gear MUST be completely unworn outdoors, unwashed, free of soil, sweat, pet hair, odors, or scuffs, and tried on indoors only.
• All original brand hangtags, garment labels, protective covers, extra hardware, and product packaging MUST remain attached and intact.
• Products MUST be returned in their original condition to ensure safe transit back to our center.
• Items showing clear signs of outdoor use, field testing, washing, or modification cannot be accepted for buyer’s remorse returns.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects (such as defective zippers, seam tape separation, or broken buckles) or items damaged during transit upon unboxing are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Apparel or gear showing signs of outdoor wear, dirt, trail scuffs, washed fabric, or missing original hangtags.
• Items damaged due to extreme overloading, sharp rock tears, or improper care/washing methods.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unworn/unused items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@edbiobauer.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the clean condition and attached hangtags of the item.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the item neatly in its original packaging and protective outer container to prevent creasing or damage during transit.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our McAllen facility to confirm unused/unworn condition with tags attached, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different garment size, colorway, or gear model, please return your unused original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with split seams, broken hardware, or fabric tears, please contact info@edbiobauer.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
